Hi there! I’m Emily and I run Push Weekly.

Living a healthy lifestyle had in the past always been a struggle for me. Growing up I was overweight and that really affected my confidence especially during my teen years.

There were a few times where I would drop a few pounds but I somehow found myself gaining them back. It was a painful experience going through that but to be honest I was mostly to blame. I simply had bad habits that I would fall into.

One morning I woke up with a different mindset. I told myself that if other people, women especially, that had the same struggles and habits as myself can change and become totally different people then I too can change.

It has been a process where I sometimes would fall but get back up again. Now I not only look good but I feel good too. I no longer struggle with heavy breathing and fatigue and I’m grateful.
